The property, House and Barn are owned by the Town of Bedford, Massachusetts

The House and Barn are available for meetings and functions from May 1 through November 1, subject to the following rules and restrictions:

• The antique furnishings may not be moved or sat upon, or handled.

•  The meeting sponsor is responsible for damage or loss of any furnishings.

• No alcoholic beverages may be served and smoking is not allowed.

• The capacity of the house is limited to thirty (30) people and the Barn fifty (50).

To reserve the Job Lane Farm Museum, an Application for Use must be completed in duplicate. The Hostess will call upon the Custodian and/or members of the Custodial Committee to clean the House/Barn. A Member of the Friends*, who has access to the Alarm Code, will open the House/Barn prior to the function, and a member of the Friends must remain present during the function. A Member of the Friends, will close the house and turn on the alarm at the end of the function. The users will be responsible for leaving the House/Barn clean.

There is no facility in the House for preparing and serving hot food. The Barn has a sink with hot and cold water, a coffeepot and tea kettle, and tables are available for a cold buffet set up for 50. Bathrooms are in both the House and in the Barn.
