As an entrepreneur, we are trained to focus on results – to make more money, more customers, sell more products, and achieve greater recognition. It is easy to let these numbers difficult to dictate our daily levels of success, happiness and even survival.

For more results, many of us is to transcend our physical and mental limits to obtain. We challenge us to reach unimaginable in record time. Often we look around each, which (we think) they represent, we compare their success behind him, and said, “I also want to do”

We can even find gushing wisdom of these great performers with mantras designed to push past our comfort zone, such as:

“Now, do not be discouraged now, you can do, push a little harder, just to finish these projects, 10 Then you go to bed.”

The Most Basic Definition of Business

“You have a strong business sense,” which was written on paper in the fortune cookie. I’m not superstitious, fortune cookies, by all means, but it just reminded me on the subject when I ate my Panda Express. What was my business sense, really? What business did I have knowledge or experience?

The most basic definition of a business to start something like a person or organization engaged in trade or services. I never really thought I was an entrepreneur, in itself, but I think that, given the basic definition of a business, so I just might. Since I’m in high school, I basically have a freelance computer technician of any other job I had.

I have not used any form of advertising, but rather simply based on word-of-mouth to get a new job. After all, I never thought of myself as running a business, it was just something that I did sometimes for extra money. My reputation grew and I began to ask people more likely to want to help my computer from spyware removal and help install the equipment, even buy a new PC for.

Advantages and Disadvantages of Entrepreneurship

I have some articles on the advantages and disadvantages of entrepreneurship. They are among the “long hours” as one of the disadvantages. I really disagree with this comment. I do not think the long hours is even possible if they really do not know what job you will be working. I also read on the self is to do well and they work for less than 40 hours per week. So it depends on the job or career that you will make and effort that you need.

Here is a list of specific benefits that you would like independent reading:

The first is the self, you no longer need to work for a boss or company. You are responsible for your independence and your own destiny.

The second is that you work your own hours, if you love your job, you can actually feel the time does not run, and once you have your work and liked it, so you can forget all the time.

If you plan to start a small business, my advice is to get help – to find a friend can split the start-up costs. And while you’re there, you form a partnership to ensure that you understand the division of labor, which is very important.

So you know what a partnership? Otherwise, we will understand some facts about the record straight. There are many problems that can arise from a business partnership, between two or more people, and all stakeholders need to understand the facts and look ahead. Otherwise, legal problems and that it is always a drain on company resources, including smaller companies can not survive.

Definition of Leadership

I also learned that there are many forms of leadership and how some people react to different styles completely different. I mean if it is a method that seems to work for me.

Here is a definition of leadership that I really like.

A leader

A leader must listen to themselves … his own inner voice of direction, strength and conviction. If this voice is not heard it floats aimlessly through the oceans of fear and doubt. When this voice is heard and not followed betrays himself and those around him.

A leader are fears, doubts and failures, and defeats. The inner voice is the foundation that is firm against the waves of resentment and resistance holds.

A leader steps aside so that the needs of others will prevail. It is soft, strong, confident and uncompromising as necessary, always following the melody of his inner voice.
